WW: Day 1

Today I took my first step to a healthier lifestyle... again! lol I plan to lose 50 lbs by my 30th birthday in September. Even though I could lose more than that. This is the first goal I WILL accomplish!

2 slices Sara Lee 45 calorie wheat bread ( the best!!)
coffee with fat free sugar free vanilla creamer

Salad with fat free italian dressing

Beef/Chicken Kabob with onion and red bell peppers

4 cups water...not enough I know. It's so hard to get in all your water when you are swamped at work.

Exercise: 2 mile brisk walk with Leslie Sansone dvd with stretch band
