I decided to track my weight loss journey online via this blog. I figure this way, I will be held even more accountable posting my progress. Feel free to post any comments, questions etc...
Tuesday, March 16th, marks the first day to a healthier lifestyle. This will include regular exercise and health conscious meal planning. To get the ball rolling on the weight loss, I have joined Weight Watchers. I am doing the point system and am allowed 31 points a day. I am not going to go into detail about WW as I am positive any who has tried to lose weight currently or in the past, know what it is all about.
In addition to a healthier meal plan, I intend to exercise and partake in different activities to get me out of my sedentary life style.
Sooo...... stay tuned for any and all updates. Anyone in LA wanna get together for a walk or hike or something????
